weish presents a new body of work that draws from an ancient text and incorporates the dying songs and language of her heredity. In this SIFA 2025 commission, she builds upon and looks beyond her signature sonic palette to discover new approaches to storytelling through music.

There will be a post-show talk with the artists after the 30 May, Friday performance.
